VIST 470 - Ring Light Shader
The assignment this week was to use a spot light to create a ring light. I first created a basic spot light which has a outer limit on it that causes the light now to bleed outside of a certain radius. The way to accomplish the ring light was to figure out a way to create a inner limit that would not produce light inside it.
This was the product of my study into creating a ring light and playing with how these ring lights were oriented within the scene. As well as how the light can be projected into a scene onto two different planes.
